Will I receive the same product as I saw in the picture?

We always strive to ensure that the product images on our website accurately reflect the quality and design of the actual product. However, due to lighting, camera angles, and other technical factors, the actual product may have slight differences in color or detail. We are committed to providing high-quality products that are similar to the images shown.

You can view your sales receipts in the “Purchase History” or “My Orders” section on our account page. Simply log in to your account and access this section to search for and view the details of your sales receipts.

When you need to return or exchange a product, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Contact our Customer Service team or send a direct message via the official Flow Ur Move Fanpage – the exclusive distributor of Vibram in Vietnam – during working hours.

Step 2: Check the return shipment code sent from the email address
cskh@flowurmove.com (within 24 working hours after Flow Ur Move receives your request).

Step 3: Pack the products to be returned into a Flow Ur Move box or any suitable carton box, and write the return code provided by Flow Ur Move in the email on the package.

Step 4: Flow Ur Move will arrange product collection via Giao Hàng Tiết Kiệm (GHTK) courier service. The courier will inspect the packaging to ensure it meets standard requirements (goods must be packed in a cardboard box and securely sealed with tape).

Step 5:
– If the returned product meets the return conditions after inspection by Flow Ur Move, a replacement order will be sent to you immediately.
– If the returned product does not meet the required conditions, the courier will return the package to you and the return/exchange request will be closed.

We always strive to restock out-of-stock items as quickly as possible. However, restocking times will depend on supply and product availability. You can monitor our website or sign up for notifications to be updated when the product is back in stock.
