When purchasing products on the website https://flowurmove.com, customers may choose one of the following payment methods:

1. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Customers place orders directly on the website https://flowurmove.com or via the hotline 0878 268 468.

  • After receiving the order, Flow Ur Move’s Customer Service Department will contact the customer to confirm product details and the delivery method.

  • Upon delivery, customers pay the full order value to the delivery staff.

2. Online payment via international credit / debit cards (VISA, MasterCard, JCB)

  • Applicable to credit cards, debit cards, and prepaid cards VISA, MasterCard, JCB issued by domestic or international banks.

  • A transaction is considered successful when the payment gateway system displays the status “Transaction successful”, after completing cardholder authentication and checking the available balance/credit limit in accordance with the issuing bank’s regulations.

3. Online payment via domestic ATM cards

  • Applicable to domestic ATM cards issued by local banks that are connected to the payment gateway.

  • This payment method is simple, secure, and fast with the following 3 steps:

    1. Enter card information

    2. Authenticate the cardholder

    3. Complete payment and receive the result

  • Note: Customers’ ATM cards must be registered for the online payment feature or Internet Banking service at the issuing bank.

  • The transaction is recorded as successful when the system returns the status “Transaction successful”.

4. Online payment via MoMo e-wallet

  • Customers can make quick payments via the MoMo e-wallet application without using cash or direct bank transfers.

  • The payment system is secured in accordance with the PCI-DSS international standard, combined with OTP authentication and a 6-digit payment password.

  • MoMo accounts can be linked to multiple banks and do not require re-entering bank information for future payments.
